The "Professor Jorge da Silva Horta" award aims at rewarding the 1st author of an original medical research article, either published or accepted for publication on a journal with an impact factor by Thomson reuters. Eligible authors must be less than 35 years old, an active registration with the Portuguese Medical Association and their membership fully settled.
