Despite the low incidence of penile cancer nowadays, this tumor presents a difficult diagnosis and staging methodology as well as difficult therapeutic options. The author emphasises the clear destruction between superficial and invasive neoplasms. In the latter, the simultaneous treatment of the lymphatic territories is considered of extreme importance.Downloads
