Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2) is an autosomal dominant cancer syndrome. Clinical features and diagnostic aspects of this syndrome are reviewed with a focus on progress biochemical screening to genetic analysis of those at risk. The clinical implications resulting from the application of the new methods of molecular biology are discussed.Downloads
