An inquiry was sent to Portuguese G.P.s all over the country, in order to characterize their professional satisfaction. Through 41 questions, divided into 11 different areas, several factors of satisfaction concerning their work in Health Centers were analyzed, such as working conditions and the professional team work relationship, as well as salaries. According to the results, we may conclude that there is a general deep dissatisfaction among these G.P.s, and a great percentage of them declared they would even change their career if circumstances allowed them.Downloads
