Abstract

The authors present a clinical case of a 66-year-old man with melancholy of involution with delusion negation, ruin and damages of. The clinical case was interpreted as Cotard's delusion. To the purpose of this case, the authors make a brief examination of the psychopathological, clinical and nosological aspects of this syndrome.
