Pseudotumoral reaction to barium used as contrast media in acrylic cement.

After some considerations about the importance of biomaterials in orthopedic surgery, the authors report a clinical case of a 72 years old male who had a cemented total hip replacement 17 years before and developed a mass against barium in the right pelvis.Downloads
