Hemostatic and vascular parameters in psoriasis. Preliminary study.

Em 23 doentes psoriáticos, 9 dos quais sofriam de artrite, estudaram-se varios parametros hemostaticos e vasculares.
Em comparação com um grupo normal verificou-se ligeiro acréscimo da actividade fibrinolítica basal,
o qual se manteve apos oclusão venosa.
A agregação plaquetária espontânea e a moderada tendência a hiperagregabilidade observada em alguns casos nao foram estatisticamente significativas.
Os factores 1, II, V, VII + X, VIIIC, VIIIR:Ag, IX e os FDP apresentaram valores dentro dos limites normais, nomeadamente na resposta a oclusão venosa.
As arteriopatias mostraram preferência pelo primeiro dedo das mãos e as provas funcionais sugerem
preservação do tono vascular.
Conclui-se pelo interesse em aprofundar alguns dos aspectos estudados.
