Malignant angioendothelioma.

Relata-se o caso de doente de 72 anos, do sexo feminino, com infiltração e eritema da região pré-auricular direita que rapidamente se estenderam à hemiface do lado oposto, couro cabeludo e pescoço. O exame histológico revelou proliferação desordenada de canais vasculares anastomosados, revestidos por células endoteliais frequentemente atípicas, que se insinuavam entre os feixes colagéneos e invadiam a hipoderme, músculo e glândulas salivares. Os exames clínicos, laboratoriais e radiológicos não permitiram evidenciar a existência de metástases. Roentgen e electronterapia foram ensaiadas sem sucesso e a doente recusou re-hospitalização para quimioterapia antitumoral. Revê-se e discute-se a bibliografia pertinente.
