The treatment of the systemic lupus erythematosus (S.L.E.) has been modified significantly during the last years, contributing decisively to a better prognosis, and an increase in the life expectancy of patients. In this issue of the Acta Médica Portuguesa, we divulge our personal experience; the most recent advances in the treatment of this disease and, also, some future therapeutic perspectives.Downloads
