Primary biliary cirrhosis associated with rheumatic arthritis and Sjögren's syndrome.

Uma doente de 44 anos de idade, com artrite reumatoide com quatro anos de evolução e queixas recentes de queratoconjuntivite seca, desenvolveu um quadro de icterícia colestática e é internada três meses depois. Foi feito o diagnóstico de C.B.P., baseado em dados de ordem clínica e bioquímica, na presença do anticorpo antimitocondrial e nos aspectos da biópsia hepática. Discutem-se os elementos mais importantes do diagnóstico desta doença e o seu diagnóstico diferencial com outras situações de colestase. A associação de C. B.
