After an historical review of the progressive improvement of Radiotherapy of Hodgkin's Disease, the authors present the actual management concepts with special reference to prognostic factors. So, the actual strategy of Hodgkin's Disease aims above all not to lower the "cure" values lately reached but to reduce the iatrogenic pathology trying not to treat to much the good prognosis subgroups. These are susceptible of a less aggressive therapy by the knowledge of the relation cost/benefit of the intensive radiotherapy and the several multidrug regimens.Downloads
