Further to a brief review of the vesical-sphincterian neuroanatomy and neurophisology, we analyse the vesical-sphincterian dysfunction in the Parkinson disease and its relation with this illness, with the drugs used in its treatment and with eventual prostatic problems. We therefore conclude that each case should be studied individually.Downloads
